◉Pets: No breed or size restrictions. Must be added to the reservation. 

We charge a $175 per stay for up to 3 pets.

◉Events allowed - Prior host approval needed.

◉No Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed 

◉Check-in window After 4:00 PM  Checkout time10:00 AM

◉Sleeps up to 12 guests 

Cancellation policy

◉ Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

House Rules 

○ No Diving into pool...No sitting on edge of pool and no jumping from the upper level balcony.

○Tampering with video surveillance devices including covering them is prohibited.

 ○House uses a smart thermostat with sensors that will shut off A/C if doors and windows are left open longer than 5 minutes.

○Please shower before entering the pool and hot tub. 

○ Please clean up after pets. Poo bags provided in the dog relief area behind the pool deck. 

○ Do not leave the doors and windows open....it invites in bugs and causes the house to get sticky w/high humidity.

 ○ Person making the reservation must be present during the entire reservation. No 3rd party bookings.

○ Complete instructions for hot tub, Tv's, wi-fi password, places to eat and play  are all in the printed Welcome Book. 

○Key for the pool gate and back yard gate are located on a hook next to the refrigerator.
